Once you’ve earned enough points, head to the Rewards section in your account. You’ll see your available rewards and discount tiers you can unlock.
Aura Points remain valid for 12 months from the day they are earned. Use them wisely before they vanish into the ether.
Most points are added instantly. Some actions (like product reviews or referrals) may take up to 48 hours to verify and reflect.
You can use points on most orders, but certain exclusive drops or already discounted items may not be eligible. We’ll always let you know before checkout.
