RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By accessing or placing an order through the Animal Aura platform, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Return & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, we recommend refraining from making a purchase on animalaura.in or affiliated channels.
Please note that we reserve the right to update or revise this Policy at any time. We recommend checking this page before each purchase to stay informed of any changes.
LIMITED DROP RETURN POLICY
Due to the exclusive nature of our limited edition drops, return and exchange eligibility is tier-dependent: All sales are final. Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, we do not accept returns or refunds.
We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective, within 7 days of delivery.
Size exchanges may be possible only if inventory allows — please contact us at support@animalaura.in
- Tier 1 (Collector Series) – All Sales Final. No returns or exchanges are permitted for collector-labeled items unless the product is damaged or defective or size issue upon delivery.
- Tier 2 (Core Series) – Eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided items meet our conditions (see below).
If your order qualifies, you may initiate a return or exchange using our orders@animalaura.in Once approved, our logistics partner will attempt a pickup within 24–48 hours. If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, you will be asked to ship the item back to our designated warehouse.
GENERAL EXCHANGE & RETURN GUIDELINES
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- We only accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered (Tier 1 or 2 only)
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
- Missing parts/accessories
- If stock is unavailable for an exchange, a store credit will be issued valid for 3 months and redeemable online or in-store.
- Once the returned item passes our Quality Check, your request will be processed within 7–10 business days.
QUALITY CHECK CONDITIONS
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product(s) must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original saleable condition.
- Include original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be free from:
- Odours (e.g., perfume)
- Stains, tears, or visible damage
- Match the order details and our internal records.
- Be returned as a complete set, if bought as one.
We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that fails these checks.
GARMENT QUALITY ASSURANCE – 30-DAY REVIEW PERIOD
For any manufacturing issues such as:
- Color bleeding
- Print cracking
- Finishing flaws
You may raise a query within 30 days of purchase. If verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are final and non-refundable.
- In special cases where cancellation is approved, a store credit will be issued (valid for 3 months).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
